The wedding process
Planning a wedding can feel like an immensely daunting task. My goal is to make photography the least stressful part of the planning process. Here's what you can expect when you book with me.
Step one
Send an inquiry
When you fill out an inquiry form on my Contact page, this form gets sent straight to my inbox. I will respond to your inquiry within 72 hours with any additional information you requested and with information on next steps.
Step two
schedule a Discovery call
We will set up a virtual meeting to get to know one another and determine whether we are a good fit. There are so many incredible photographers to choose from, so I want to make sure you feel confident in your choice!
Step Three
sign contract and pay initial deposit
When you decide you'd like to officially book with me, I will send over a contract for you to review and sign. I will also send an invoice for an initial deposit, which is required to secure your wedding date on my calendar.
Step four
plan, plan plan!
As you plan every detail of your incredible day, I will be available to answer questions and offer suggestions, if helpful! One month before your wedding, I will send a questionnaire to gather important details about your day and how you'd like it to be documented. From there, I will send over a photography timeline to ensure we have a shared vision for the day.
Step five
Marry the love of your life
When the day of your wedding comes, relax, be present, and soak up every moment. It's not every day you get to celebrate your love surrounded by your favorite people - take it all in and know that I will be documenting every detail.
Step Six
lean into the nostalgia
10-12 weeks after your wedding, you will receive your full gallery. Set aside some time to really take in every photo and relive the day. Nostalgia is very welcome here! Along with your gallery, you will receive information about downloading your gallery and recommendations for professional print services.
